The truth behind whether Kanye West and Bianca Censori were invited to the Grammys has been revealed.
West, now known as Ye, made headlines at the Grammys, not for anything he did or said, but for his wife’s outfit choice.
Australian model Bianca Censori showed up in a fur coat, taking it off to reveal a dress that left almost nothing to the imagination.
Her see-through dress caused commotion on social media, as one joked: “Kanye’s wife’s name is Bianca ‘Censori’ but does anything BUT censor herself.”
It’s fair to say that fans were stunned by the model’s dress choice, or lack thereof.
Instead, the outlet reported the couple arrived at the event, walked the red carpet, then left of their own accord and weren’t escorted out.

Ye posted a statement about her dress on Instagram shortly after, which has since been deleted, which read: “Custom Couture Grammy dress for the most beautiful ever.
“My love, my best friend and my wife.”
Theories have circulated about it either being inspired by the style of a Playboy Bunny in the 2000s, or Censori’s own artwork for Ye’s album, Vultures 1.
However, one other controversial aspect of the couple’s appearance on the Grammys red carpet stole headlines – they weren’t meant to be there.
Well that is, if you believed reports on X.
The couple have reportedly been married since 2022, and while Ye remained fully clothed, it was reported that both were escorted off the Grammys red carpet.
It was reported by Entertainment Weekly that Ye and Censori arrived at the Crypto.com Arena, walked the red carpet, and left on their own accord.
The ‘Flashing Lights’ artist was nominated along with Ty Dolla $Ign, Rich The Kid, and Playboi Carti in the Best Rap Song category for ‘Carnival’.
However, after Censori made her way onto the carpet and removed her fur coat to reveal her see-through dress, the news publication moved to hit back at false information spreading.
An X account claimed: “Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori have been escorted out of the [Grammys] after showing up uninvited.”
But Entertainment Weekly wrote on their website: “The post was accompanied by an image of West and Censori and a screenshot of what appeared to be a post to the Entertainment Tonight Instagram reporting the news.
“But no such post can be found on the ET website, nor any of its social accounts.”

This isn’t the first time that the couple have come under the microscope for their fashion choices though, as Censori has worn near transparent clothing in the past while Ye, is well, Ye.
Whether it be boxing oversized clothing or shoulder pads, the artist has worn it all.
